Basil Business Opportunities (BBO) manufacturers major processing equipment to process most oil-bearing seeds and nuts for food and industrial uses, including biodiesel, other fuels, essential and medicinal oils. Our innovative solutions allow operating efficiencies, higher capacities and reduced maintenance costs, which decreases overall processing costs per ton.
The oil extraction process also auxiliary equipment available including process tanks, pumps, instrumentation, conveyors, motor control center, electrical wiring and conduit, aspiration equipment, piping, air compressor, and storage bins and tanks for the raw material, filtered crude oil and ground cake.
These oil mill can process a number of oilseeds like peanut, moringa, marula seeds, sunflower seeds, grape seeds and etc. The most important equipment in the entire milling / pressing process is oil expellers which are used for high oil content seeds and also used for smaller capacity oil production plant. Mechanical oil pressing is to extract the oil by certain oil pressing machine from the oil material by physics pressure, all the courses are without any chemical additive.

BBO offers equipment after service, on-site technical support is the key to successful farming. We train your teams in the optimal use of your agricultural machinery, without proper training, farmers can not exploit the full potential of the latest generation of agricultural machinery. Our customers can rely on our technicians support.
Most repairs are carried out on site which reduces costs and downtime. When our teams are involved in repairs in sites far removed from our repair centers, BBO charges a fee corresponding to the displacement, duration and type of repair to be made which, in general, remains particularly reasonable. In special cases such as inadequate facilities on site or the need for extensive repairs in the off season, agricultural equipment can be shipped to BBO maintenance centers. We have after sale support for our clients to to phone us anytime if they need any information regarding their equipment.
On-site Set-up + Training
BBO able to mount the machines, train operators for their use and maintenance. Our agricultural machinery must be shipped disassembled. BBO specialist qualified staff with expertise in assembly, field testing and fine tuning. In some instance we can assemble on-site or set-up on-site training in usage and maintenance. BBO used to cut steel sheets along the width according to clients’ custom demands. Our guillotining facilities minimize off-cuts and save on labour costs. We are able to cut sheets with thicknesses and width. BBO will cut and bend the sheet metal according to the customer needs.
